The Women’s Elope Jacket is VAUDE´s top recommendation when it comes to reliable weather protection on demanding hiking or trekking tours! The breathable jacket made of waterproof and windproof materials superbly comfortable for eco–aware fans of the fresh air. The zips at the forearms provide pleasant ventilation during sweaty activities and the sporty design provides plenty of freedom of movement. This women’s jacket is small and lightweight and can be stowed away in its own inner pocket, so it fits in every backpack! Other details include a hood that can be stowed away in the collar, the water-repellent zips and practical pockets making this jacket perfect. The outer material of the Women’s Elope Jacket is made entirely of recycled polyester – a valuable contribution to the conservation of our resources. This jacket is made with water repellent Eco Finish, which is manufactured without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). 

Ceplex Green
Ceplex Green is a top-quality membrane – permanently waterproof, highly breathable and windproof. It has a min. water column of 15,000 m (JIS L 1092 B). Ceplex Green does not contain PTFE (polytetrafl uoroethylene) and replaces currently oil-based PU (polyurethane) with a minimum of 25% renewable or recycled raw materials. This provides signifi cant benefi ts in terms of energy and resource consumption.

Recycled Materials
Vaude uses recycled materials, e.g. PET bottles, to manufacture this product. This saves up to 50 % energy and CO2 emissions as well as fossil raw materials. For further details see care label in the product.

Green Shape
Green Shape is the VAUDE seal of approval for products that are manufactured in a particularly environmentally friendly manner. This includes the complete production cycle from development and production to maintenance and usability after use. The criteria for this are strict. The products must consist either of at least 90 percent organically grown cotton, recycled materials or the Tencel wood fibre. Furthermore, they must have been dyed with the environmentally friendly dyeing process VAUDE eColour or meet the world’s strictest environmental textile standard Bluesign. VAUDE’s goal is the best for man and nature.

Fair Wear Foundation
VAUDE is committed to good working conditions and fair wages for all and is a member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF). In this way, Vaude undertakes to continuously improve working conditions in all production facilities. These are regularly checked. VAUDE has achieved the highest status as an FWF member with the Leader Status.
